The biggest trail running event in Austria and kick-off for the trail running season enters the next round.

After the incredible feedback of last years’ participants, the Innsbruck Alpine Trailrun Festival is on again and offers a unique mix of city sights and alpine trails. Nevertheless, the main focus is definitely on the multifaceted and untouched landscape of the Tyrolean Alps, making the trail an unforgettable experience for every trail runner.

You can choose between 5 different distances: the K15 Rookie Trailrun and the K25 Trailhalfmarathon are perfect for off-road newcomers; the K42 Trailmarathon is the ideal possibility to enjoy a marathon as a trail run; the K65 Panorama Ultra Trail 2.100mt d+ (powered by trailrunning-szene) or the K85 Heart of the Alps Ultra 3.600mt d+ are the ultimate challenge for trail freaks and running experts. Both races lead the participants past some of the most beautiful areas of Tyrol and offer a terrific panorama view. Highlights like the impressive Sillschlucht, the rustic alpine huts and the trails leading past the regional holiday villages ensure an unforgettable running experience and show the beauty of the Alps offside touristic paths.

Another interesting fact for all trail runners is the possibility to gather points for the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc® and the ATRA-Cup.
