Why He runs Trail Runnig “Trail Running is like a deep meditative state, a step back to the primary meaning of life where time and space lose their meaning and the only rhythm is that of one’s body: heartbeat, breath, hunger, thirst, fatigue. Freedom.”

Its motto is: “Do not ask yourself why you’re running, keep on doing it, because every step drives you where your mind has never been”
