Who should attend

  • Athletes with at least 1 year of experience in short Trail
  • Athletes with no experience in Trail Running (for these athletes we will develop a specific beginners program)

    3. Increase of speed and endurance
  • Athletes without experience:
    1. Adapting phase program with workouts sessions for Trail Running
    2. General physical reinforcement
    3. Getting ready for first Trail Running competitions

Who should attend

  • Athletes with experience: a year and a > 2 short or medium Trail Running competitions

Objectives of the program

  • Improving running technique on trail tracks
  • Muscles, tendons and joints reinforcement to prevent injuries
  • Development of resistance and endurance capability
  • Selection of gear and equipment based on technical characteristics
  • Setting sport diet and integration according to personal goals

Who should attend

  • Athletes with experience in medium and long Trail competitions: two years and > 6 short and medium Trail Running races

Objectives of the program

  • Improving running technique on trail tracks
  • Running at night
  • Muscles, tendons and joints reinforcement to prevent injuries
  • Improvement of endurance capability
  • Selection of gear and equipment based on technical characteristics
  • Nutrition and Integration Plan to face no stop training sessions and competitions > 15 hours

 Who should attend

  • Athletes with experience of medium and long Trail Running competitions: 2 years and > 8 medium and long Trail Running races, preferably with at least one race > 100km in the mountains

Objectives of the program

  • Improving running technique on trail tracks
  • Muscles, tendons and joints reinforcement to prevent injuries and manage multi-daily efforts
  • Development of prolonged resistance and endurance capability
  • Selection and management of gear and equipment for long distance competitions with a high level of complexity (soil types, weather conditions, self-sufficiency)
  • Learning the principles of nutrition and integration for endurance sports
  • Development of the ability to plan a Ultra Trail race > 120km

Who should attend

  • Athletes with relevant experience: 3 years and > 10 medium and long Trail Running races, preferably with at least a race> 150km in the mountains

  Objectives of the program

  • Improving running technique on trail tracks
  • Muscles, tendons and joints reinforcement to prevent injuries and manage multi-daily efforts
  • Development of prolonged resistance and endurance capability
  • Selection and management of gear and equipment for long distance competitions with a high level of complexity (soil types, weather conditions, self-sufficiency)
  • Learning the principles of nutrition and integration for endurance sports
  • Special Outdoor Training Session to learn how to manage of a multi-daily competition and sleep deprivation effects
  • Development of the ability to plan an Ultra Trail race > 167km

Who should attend

  • Athletes with experience: two years, with the capability to train by themselves and able to understand common training terminology

 Objectives of the program

  • Adapting to the discipline of trail running through sessions and exercises complementary to their principal sport
  • Learning Trail Running Techniques, especially downhill and on technical trail tracks
  • Selection and management of gear and equipment for Trail Running
  • Muscles, tendons and joints reinforcement to prevent injuries
  • Development of the ability to plan and manage an Ultra Trail race
